By applying for a seat and accessing the NoLimitAds network, you are entering into a binding operational agreement. We run a closed infrastructure designed to protect the uptime of high-volume media buyers. These terms exist to enforce network integrity, clarify financial mechanics, and establish mutual rules of engagement. If you violate these terms, your access will be immediately revoked.
01. Network Eligibility & Access
NoLimitAds is a private syndicate. Access is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or revoke access to anyone, at any time, if we determine your operations pose a risk to our infrastructure.
- ■ Honesty Requirement: You must accurately represent your funnels, verticals, and historical spend. If you apply stating you run standard E-commerce and subsequently deploy aggressive unapproved Crypto funnels, your seat will be terminated.
- ■ Account Ownership: The physical Business Managers, ad accounts, and invoicing lines remain the property of NoLimitAds. However, you retain perpetual ownership of any assets, ad accounts, and pixel data provisioned to you during your active billing cycle.
02. Financial Mechanics
Our billing structure is straightforward and heavily favors high-volume scale.
- ■ Crypto Native: All retainers, top-ups, and spend fee settlements are processed exclusively via Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20/ERC20 or USDC). We do not accept fiat credit cards.
- ■ The Spend Fee: Tiered spend fees (e.g., 3%, 1.5%, or 0%) apply strictly to active ad spend processed through our invoicing lines. We do not charge fees on capital top-ups or balance transfers.
- ■ No Refunds on Retainers: Monthly access retainers secure your infrastructure allocation and are strictly non-refundable.
03. The Uptime Guarantee (SLA)
We guarantee rapid account replacement to ensure your campaigns never flatline. Our standard replacement Service Level Agreement (SLA) is under 12 hours from the moment a ban is reported to your account manager.
This guarantee is entirely voided if an account goes down because you ran unapproved verticals, utilized highly malicious cloaking against our direct advice, or fundamentally lied about the nature of your landing page. If you burn a trusted line through deception, we will not replace it.
04. Operational Boundaries
We hold specialized clearances for high-friction verticals (iGaming, Crypto, Nutra). However, certain content is universally prohibited across our network to protect our master invoicing profiles.
- Illegal narcotics, non-prescribed pharmaceuticals, or synthetic drugs.
- Exploitative, non-consensual, or illicit adult material.
- Malware, ransomware, or phishing campaigns engineered to steal user data.
- Terrorism, extremist content, or illicit arms sales.
Running any of the above will result in immediate network expulsion and the freezing of allocated advertising funds.
05. Termination & Continuity
You may cancel your monthly network access retainer at any time. We do not lock you into long-term contracts. If you choose to walk away:
- You will retain full access to any ad accounts, BMs, or pixel data that were provisioned and paid for during your previously billed months.
- Any unspent top-up capital residing in your advertising accounts will be fully reconciled and refunded to your designated crypto wallet within 72 hours of termination.
